TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT & BINDING TERMS

By accessing, submitting, or placing any order with Majestic Print, Inc. (“MPS”), whether through our website, online ordering platform, email, phone, or in person, the customer (“Client”) agrees to be legally bound by all Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement and apply to all products, services, and transactions. Failure to review these Terms does not exempt the Client from compliance.

2. ORDER APPROVAL & PROOFING

All orders require final approval prior to production.

By approving an order, the Client confirms that:

• All spelling, grammar, and content are correct
• Layout, alignment, and sizing are accurate
• Colors, fonts, and images are approved

Majestic Print, Inc. is not responsible for any errors after approval.

3. FILE REQUIREMENTS

The Client is responsible for submitting print-ready files. Recommended standards:

• PDF format preferred
• CMYK color mode
• 300 DPI resolution (150 DPI acceptable for large format)
• Fonts outlined or embedded
• 1/8” bleed where required

MPS is not responsible for file setup issues or color conversion shifts.

4. COLOR VARIATION

Color variations may occur between screen displays and printed products. These variations are normal within the printing industry and are not considered defects.

5. PRODUCTION TIMES & CUTOFFS

Production begins after final approval and payment. Standard timelines:

• Same-Day: Files due by 12:00 PM (≤ 2,500 qty)
• Next-Day: Ready after 2:30 PM next business day
• Standard: 3–4 business days

TIME ZONE POLICY (IMPORTANT)

All deadlines and cutoffs are based on: Pacific Time (PT). Time zone differences do not qualify for exceptions.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the Client. MPS is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.

7. OVER/UNDER RUN POLICY

All orders are subject to: ±10% quantity variance. This will be billed accordingly.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

• Full payment is required before production
• Orders will not begin without confirmed payment

9. REFUND POLICY (STRICT)

NO CASH REFUNDS / NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS. All sales are final once production begins.

RESOLUTION POLICY

Granted resolutions will be issued as IN-HOUSE STORE CREDIT ONLY at the sole discretion of Majestic Print, Inc.
